All good begins with “Alef”!


The main thing in the life of any of us – it is the house, the place, where it is cozy, comfortable and warm. The house, where we are loved and waited for. Riga Jewish center “Alef“ is the right place. For many people the word “Alef” is associated with something interesting, good and pleasant.

The main aim of Alef center from the very beginning was to help those Jews, who live in Diaspora, not to forget their roots, history, culture and traditions of their nation, to feel themselves a member of a big friendly Jewish family.

Самое главное в жизни каждого из нас – это дом, место, где хорошо и уютно, тепло и комфортно. Дом, где нас любят и ждут. Еврейский центр «Алеф» – это именно такой Дом. Для  многих слово «Алеф» ассоциируется с чем-то интересным, хорошим и приятным.

Главной целью и задачей Центра с самого начала было помочь тем, кто живет в диаспоре, не забыть свои еврейские корни, многовековую  историю, культуру и традиции своего народа, почувствовать себя  членом большой и дружной еврейской семьи.
